Eating grilled COW HEART in Peru

Peru is famous in South America for its cuisine, and one of the main dishes here is Anticuchos de corazón, which is grilled cow heart!

I really wanted to try this sort of food as street food, but it seems impossible to find here as it's such a touristy part of Lima, so a restaurant had to be the way for me to make this video to show you the comida peruano.

Before coming here, eating cow heart was not high up on my list of things to eat, but I like to try the local dishes in each place I visit, so I had to eat cow heart!
