Macedonia / North Macedonia?
Ohrid, Skopje and a road trip
This was my second visit to Macedonia, or North Macedonia or whatever you call it in your country.
I enjoyed my first visit, and we enjoyed our visit together.
We stayed in Skopje for 3 weeks before flying to Turkey, but we also rented a car and drove to Ohrid in the south to check out this class lake.
The internet in Skopje is appalling, except in one Mexican restaurant called Amigos.
Skopje is a city just full of statues and monuments - it's pretty cool, especially near the river. On one side of the river you've also got the Ottoman looking part with the bazaars and stuff.
I probably won't visit Macedonia a third time.
